| Arizona State Express Services is a tool of competitive government under ADOT/MVD to help improve delivery of MVD services and products. This partner with MVD will improve service quality, enhance customer service, and reduce travel and satisfaction in the Maricopa Area. |

Arizona State Express is a private business that's authorized to perform the following services: |

- Title and Registration
- Vehicle inspections
- Motor vehicle records
- Driver training school access
- Driver licenses processing (coming soon)
- Driver license testing (coming soon)
- Traffic Survival schools
- Defensive Driving programs

Revenues due to the state for these services are remitted by Arizona State Express for MVD. A convenience fee will be collected by Arizona State Express in addition to the appropriate MVD fee. |

Individuals who are employed by Arizona State Express Service must undergo a criminal history check and successfully complete the appropriate courses of instruction at the MVD Training Academy. Performance measures are compiled regularly to track the amount and type of work performed by Arizona State Express and their employees. Compliance auditors monitor the work for adherence to MVD Policies and Arizona Rules and Statutes. |
